One of our Senturus gurus was looking at a bunch of latitude and longitude data in csv/xls, and asked the team a way to easily bulk reverse geocode into zip/city, etc. He had some of the data churning on a website that basically Google mapped, but the process was real sloooooow.
The solution ended up being super fast and simple, using the Alteryx Reverse Geocoding tool with geospatial data options. All it required was three easy steps
- Input, “reverse geocoding” module
- Set with lat and long fields from input
- Set .csv output node
And voila! Couldn’t be easier!
